Florence Amelia Blaber is born to the plumber Richard Thomas and Thamar (also known as Clara) Blaber (formerly Hart). Aside from direct ancestors of the Pay's, Florence gave birth to Amelia Florence Blaber before she married Frank Pay on the 12th December 1900 in Wood Street, Walthamstow. Because Amelia wasn't given the Pay surname it is likely that the child resulted from an affair out of wedlock.
