Maudie Irene Sparrow is born to Frederick Edward and Maud Elizabeth Sparrow (formerly Robbins) who are the Proprietors of The Green Coffee and Dining Rooms. Maudie later spends much of her life managing the family restaurant on The Green, before moving to Epping with Christine and Alan Pay in her last days.
