Liz says...OK. It's getting late now so just a few words. St Malo - very easy to escape and they've set up some cycle lanes.

Within 45 minutes in fantastic rurality en Bretagne with village after picturesque village. 104km later in Vitré and Nix starts to get peeved.
it couldn't have come sooner
Arrive at wonderful chambre d'hote at 9.30pm and order in Pizza. Yum.
Mal says...Came over from Portsmouth to St Malo on the overnight ferry. So much more than what we expected. Had a fantastic meal in the main restaurant and we got such a great view of the sun setting - best seat in the place! Ferry is great way to travel and excellent value.

Arrived St Malo at 8.15am. We quickly were out of the busy roads and onto the country lanes. It was a long day. We stopped for lunch in lovely village. Arrived at chambre d'hotes at 8pm - big house. Ordered pizza because it was too late to go out. Slept like a log!
